Individual Therapy
60 to 90-minute sessions for working on your relationship with your partner and/or with family.

Couples/Family Therapy
90-minute Group therapy sessions led by a trained therapist for people struggling with a common issue, to come together for support, psycheducation, and to process their emotions in a safe place.
